Chromaticon Communications Inc. was formed in 1997 to formalize the working relationship between Virginia Penny and Michel Morin. They have worked on a number of successful websites over the past two and a half years and are working towards establishing Chromaticon as a leading web design company in Edmonton. Michel has now moved to Berlin, Germany where he continues to work on various web projects.

Michel Morin has been involved in the development of web sites since the early days of the World Wide Web. His main specialty is human-interface design and audience-centered websites.

He has worked as a network administrator, computer consultant, as well as web master and continues to actively follow the almost daily developments of web programming.
